Under Armour Return and Exchange Policy Under Armour Returns & Exchange Policy The Under Armour Politique de retour applies to all gear purchased directly from Under Armour, either in-store or online, within the United States and Canada. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange gear purchased from Under Armour, including eligible gear, time limits, and the steps you need to take to initiate a return or exchange. Receive your refund: - Happy Returns: Once your gear is processed at the Happy Returns Bar, your refund will be initiated - UPS Returns (US) & Purolator (Canada): Once your gear is received and processed at our warehouse, then we will begin to refund your order US & Canada: You can also return or exchange gear you purchased online to any Brand House or Factory House magasin. Make sure you have your original sales receipt or gift receipt, and credit card used pour your purchase. You can display the QR code to the representative to have them complete your return label on your behalf. You can also return or exchange gear you purchased online to any Under Armour Brand House or Factory House magasin. Make sure you have your original sales receipt or gift receipt, and the credit card used pour your purchase. If you need to return items from different orders, a separate return label and package must be used pour each order. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, items may all be included in the same package using one return label. Original shipping fees are Nonn-refundable. Under Armour Store Returns by mail: Refunds pour Under Armour Brand House and Factory House store returns by mail are issued as a UA e-gift card Via Courriel. Exchanges Need a Different Size or Color? We’re happy to offer size/color exchanges through UA.com within 60 jours suivant l'achat, when a credit card is used as the payment method. Factory House purchases are Nont eligible to be returned or exchanged at a Brand House magasin Bring your Brand House, Ecomm or Factory House purchases to any Factory House magasin with your proof of purchase Be sure to bring a valid photo ID and original pourm of payment If the store doesn’t have the same item, a return can be made pour the original purchased price to go towards new gear, back to the original pourm of payment, or in the pourm of a UA Gift Card *Please Nonte: If you don’t have the original UA proof of purchase and your exchange is accepted, the value of your exchange will be based on the last kNonwn selling price. Exchanges pour gear purchased with alternative payment methods (Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal) are accepted. If you need to make a return, please follow the return section below. Refunds In-Store Refunds: Returns processed at an Under Armour Brand House or Factory House will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please bring a valid photo ID. We reserve the right to keep your inpourmation on file and share it with affiliates as outlined in the Under Armour Privacy Policy.
