Politique de retour At PetSmart, your satisfaction is very important to us. We kNonw pet parents are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient. NonTE: Treats points that were redeemed toward the purchase of an item(s) will be pourfeited when product is returned. In addition, a return of a product will deduct the points earned from the original transaction. Returning Online Purchases If you're Nont satisfied with your petsmart.com purchase, you can return the product in-store pour free pour the purchase price (minus shipping, delivery fees, gift wrap and other charges). Product must be in its Emballage d'origine. Services purchases made online must be returned in store. NonTE: We do Nont accept returns or exchanges on prescription medication products. Free Retours en magasin To return an item in-store that was purchased at petsmart.com, on the PetSmart app, or on a delivery provider’s app, simply bring the product in its Emballage d'origine with the order confirmation as proof of purchase to any PetSmart store. If paid pour by credit card, the card used to purchase the merchandise is Requis so that your return can be credited to the same card. If you do Nont have the same credit card that you used to make your petsmart.com purchase, if you used a payment method other than a credit card pour your order (such as PayPal) or if your purchase was made Via a delivery provider app, you'll receive a merchandise return card pour the appropriate amount. Merchandise return cards can be used pour future in-store purchases and canNont be redeemed pour cash. Merchandise cards canNont be used pour online orders. Prescription medication items and special orders ne peuvent pas être retournés in store. Returns or Exchanges With a Receipt: Receipts are valid pour 60 jours from date of purchase. If a purchase is paid with cash, a refund will be issued in cash. If a purchase is paid by check, a refund will be issued with a merchandise return card or cash following a 10-day waiting period from the date of sale pour the appropriate amount. Credit card purchases will be credited to the original card used or a merchandise return card will be issued pour future use in-store. Debit card purchases will be refunded as cash. If the original card is Nont available, or a payment method other than a credit card was used pour your order (such as PayPal), a merchandise return card will be issued. If a purchase is paid with a gift card, a refund will be issued with a merchandise return card. If exchanging a product, any positive balance will be refunded in the original pourm of tender. Merchandise return cards canNont be redeemed pour cash. PetSmart reserves the right to limit returns regardless of receipt Returns or Exchanges Without a Receipt or With a Receipt Older Than 60 jours: Bring the product, in new or salable condition, and a valid ID to any store and a merchandise return card pour the most recent sale amount will be issued. If making an exchange, any positive balance will be refunded in the original pourm of tender. Purchases older than 60 jours may Nont be returned Via mail. Return Exceptions You must have a valid receipt to return or exchange any of the following products that are valued at $10 or more: Electronic merchandise, such as, collars, fencing and training items Grooming tools Filters or pumps Nonn-prescription pet medication or vitamins ThunderShirts and calming products All flea and tick products You must have a valid receipt to return or exchange any services purchased online. Returning Products Purchased Online With a Payment Method Other Than a Credit Card To return an item in store that was purchased at petsmart.com using PayPal, or any payment method other than a credit card, simply bring the product in its Emballage d'origine plus the original receipt or invoice to any PetSmart store. You'll receive a merchandise return card pour the appropriate amount. Merchandise return cards can be used pour future in-store purchases and canNont be redeemed pour cash.
