Return Policy As always, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days. Sample sale, gift cards, select outlet items and monogrammed products are final sale. Refund Policy You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment or an eGift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. PayPal exchanges must be even — any balance will need to be charged to a credit card. Return an Item Purchased with a Gift Card For returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund is issued as an eGift card and emailed as soon as the return is processed. We no longer issue a Physical Gift Card for refunds unless it is a for a gift recipient and the email is unknown. Items Eligible for Return Merchandise must meet our requirements for return: Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged Outlet-store items may be returned within 14 days of delivery to outlet stores only — they are not returnable in full-price retail stores Sample sale, gift cards, select outlet items and monogrammed products are final sale Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at toryburch.com Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise can be returned only to that store We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements Exchanges For your convenience, we offer free exchanges within the continental U.S. Start your exchange online by visiting Tory Burch Returns. You can either: (1) print your prepaid return shipping label, or (2) have UPS print it for you when you bring your return code to a UPS location. Next, package your item(s) and your packing slip. PayPal Returns When you use PayPal, we will refund you by the following: Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account In-store returns are refunded with a Gift Card We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns — an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven exchanges. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders. Afterpay Returns As always, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders purchased online with Afterpay must be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund and cannot be returned in-store. While Afterpay returns will follow Tory Burch’s standard return process, Afterpay refunds are slightly different than what you might be used to when using a traditional payment method. Once the refund is processed by Tory Burch, it automatically drops through to Afterpay and your payment installment plan is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment installment and working backwards. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 14 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Price Adjustments We will gladly accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the order date. We will price match an authorized competitor if the same exact item (including size and color) is not part of a limited-time sale or offer and is currently in stock. Please note that we do not honor price matching for promotional sale events. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Client Services and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Private Sale items are excluded and other promotions may also be excluded. Shipping Errors & Damaged Products Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. Tory Burch customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Tory Burch is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service, or lost items or packages. Product Warranties We take pride in the quality of our products at Tory Burch and stand behind the integrity of our designs. If you become aware of any manufacturing defect in your product (this does not include normal wear and tear) within one year from purchase, please reach out to our Tory Burch team for assistance.
