returns RETURNS Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. Please note: a flat rate return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund. Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox.
