If I’m not fully satisfied with my purchase, what’s the process for making a return? From the date of delivery, we offer you a 30-day window to return your items. We want to make sure your return process is smooth and easy. However, please keep in mind there are a few conditions under which we may need to reject returns: 1. Missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number labels, UPC codes, manufacturer model or part number labels, and/or warranty labels. 2. Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and any other originally included items. 3. Products that appear to have been tampered with, customized, or altered. 4. Products showing signs of physical damage 5. Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
