Return Policy Provigo offers a Fresh Promise guarantee for eligible fresh produce items and adheres to Quebec consumer protection laws. Fresh Promise: If not completely satisfied with eligible fresh produce, Provigo will replace with identical/comparable item or provide refund. Requires item and original receipt within 7 days of purchase at the Provigo where purchased. Does not apply to reduced or clearance-priced produce. PC Express Freshness Guarantee: For online grocery orders, Provigo guarantees product freshness. Money back if not satisfactory.
