However, your satisfaction with the quality of our balloons at the time of delivery is our priority. Our Guarantee: We guarantee that all balloons are inflated to optimal standards and inspected for visible defects immediately prior to your pickup or our delivery. Immediate Inspection (Recommended): Please inspect your balloons carefully at the time of pickup or immediately upon delivery. This is the best opportunity to address any concerns. If you notice a quality issue (e.g., a visible defect, a balloon already deflating, incorrect color/design compared to your order) at this point, please contact our staff immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund. Contact Us Promptly for Issues After Pickup/Delivery: If you discover a quality issue with your balloons after you have left our premises or after our delivery driver has departed, you must contact us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and ideally, clear photographs or a video demonstrating the quality concern (e.g., rapid deflation, visible holes, color discrepancy). This evidence is crucial for our assessment. Please Note - Conditions Not Covered by This Policy: While we strive for quality, we cannot be responsible for issues arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: Damage after pickup/delivery: Balloons punctured, popped, or damaged by sharp objects, rough handling, pets, children, or environmental factors (e.g., being left in a hot car, exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, wind, or rain). Natural Deflation: All balloons, especially latex, will naturally deflate over time. Our guarantee pertains to immediate or rapid quality issues, not the natural and gradual deflation process.
