Customer Support: Return FAQs Posted: Mar. 7, 2025 What if a seller declines my return? If a seller declines a return, you may submit a dispute through your customer account. If the dispute cannot be resolved directly with the seller, you may escalate the dispute to Michaels. The option to escalate a dispute will only present itself if a seller rejects the original dispute. To escalate a dispute to Michaels, follow the steps below: 1. Select the order from the Return and Dispute category. 2. Select view dispute. 3. Reject the offer and acknowledge the final decision. 4. Click on Dispute summary at the bottom of the page. 5. Select escalate dispute from the dispute summary page. How do I return my order? To make a return, log into your customer account and follow the return link on the order detail page. If you do not see an option to return, the purchase may be final sale. Please refer to the seller’s return policy for more information. All return inquires must be submitted directly to the seller. Can I return my item in-store? No. Marketplace items are sold online only and are not eligible for in-store returns.
