Return Policy 30 days to change your mind If you're having second thoughts about your order, purchases made within 30 days can be returned or exchanged, subject to the Terms and Conditions below. Returns can be made online by mail or in person at your closest store location, but can’t be processed at lululemon outlet stores. For an exchange, please visit a lululemon store. Shoes must be in the box and accompanied by proof of purchase.
