If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it by mail within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original form of payment, including gift purchases. You can also return your online purchases in-store for a refund. Exclusions Apply: Items must be unworn and unwashed, unless determined to be defective. Swimwear and undergarments must have price tags attached for a return/exchange. Returns by mail will be processed within 30 days of receiving your package. Store returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as store credit for the selling price on the receipt. Shipping & handling costs, gift box charges, and other fees are non-refundable. A $8 deduction will apply if a Lucky Brand return label is used. Return Exceptions: Shoes and skates are online exclusives and must be returned by mail. Purchases made in a Lucky Brand retail store must be returned to a store. Limited Edition Capsule Collection items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
