Return Policy Eligible returns received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Proof of purchase must accompany returns. If neither the customer nor Lands' End can locate proof of purchase, the return is not refundable. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when received within 90 days from the date of purchase and accompanied by a Lands’ End proof of purchase. Eligible returns received beyond 90 days from the date of purchase will be issued a Lands’ End Merchandise Credit. If a shipping charge was applied to the order, this is not refunded. School Uniform School Uniform items without a logo follow the return policy guidelines above. School Uniform items with a logo may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Personalized Items Personalized items may not be returned to Lands’ End and are expressly excluded by this Return Policy. Personalization includes monogram, embroidery, engraving and laser imprints. Hemming and School Uniform logos are not included in this definition of personalization. Non-Lands’ End Branded Merchandise Not all non-Lands’ End branded merchandise is able to be returned to Lands’ End. Eligible returns must be received within 90 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. Lands' End Retail Store Merchandise Items must be sellable, smoke free, unwashed and unworn to be eligible for return. Last Chance items, items marked as Final Sale and Lands' End Outlet items may not be returned or exchanged. Items marked as Final Sale may not be returned. All returns are final. Items sent to Lands’ End outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
