Return a small item Returns are FREE (yes, 100% free!) for 30 days on all items sold and shipped by La Redoute . Everything you need for stress-free shopping. 😉 To learn everything about returning a Marketplace product, see the article " How to return a Marketplace item? ". Two types of free returns: Available for pickup at a collection point (drop-off point) via our website laredoute.fr At home , by dropping your parcel directly into your mailbox The little ➕ To receive your refund quickly, it couldn't be simpler! Report your item return on our website and follow our instructions! We'll explain everything. Pretty cool, right? 😉 For small fashion items, linens, household appliances and decoration: You can return them free of charge to a collection point or mailbox. Your refund will be processed within 14 days , to your original payment method. The return process for some branded technical or textile products is not available online. If this applies to you, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return label. The refund will be processed after the product has been inspected at our warehouse. 2 steps to follow: 1 - Declare your return. Important : This step is mandatory; otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. Wouldn't that be a shame? First, check in " My Account ", under "My Information" that your email address is correct . Next, in "Track my orders": Select the order to return Click on the "Return an item" button Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason if you wish. (Your feedback helps us improve our products. So tell us everything! 😊) Prepare your items in their original packaging 2 - Choose your return method We offer several return options; choose the one that suits you best: Returning to the drop-off point - No printable label • You will receive a QR code by email • Drop off your return at the drop-off point of your choice. Show your QR code to the merchant. - With printable label • You will receive your return label by email • Print and stick your label on your package and drop off your return at the drop-off point of your choice. The return home • You will receive your return label by email • Print and stick your label on your package • Submit your return request on the La Poste website • Place your parcel in your mailbox before 8 a.m. the following morning Return deadlines : You have 14 days to drop off your package regardless of the return option chosen. After this period, your receipt/QR code will no longer be usable. In this case, if time allows, you can make a new return request on our website, or contact our Customer Service . Forgetting something can happen 😉 From French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) , return shipping costs are your responsibility , and the average refund processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after receipt and processing of the package by our team. Return your package to the following address: La Redoute Quai 30 - 30 rue de Chardonnet - 59150 Wattrelos. Remember to include your invoice or order/customer number inside the package. Without it, we will be unable to process your refund. 💡 Please note: Do you ultimately want to keep the item? No problem, we're delighted! As long as your item hasn't been returned , we won't process any returns. 😉 Returning a large item Your item isn't quite right? Whatever the size, we have the solution! We'll collect your package from your home, by appointment, and... for free! 📦 To arrange the return of your bulky item, simply go to the website or the app. Just log in to your account , access your order tracking, and click on “ Return an item ”! Organizing a takeover is also possible by phone by calling one of our great Customer Advisors directly . Only for products sold and shipped by La Redoute. For marketplace items, please check the seller's return policy. 💡 Important: To facilitate the return and your refund, please return your bulky item in its original condition and packaging! The processing and refund of your return are subject to compliance with the seller's instructions. La Redoute cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute if these rules are not respected. If your item is damaged upon delivery: refuse the delivery in the presence of the carrier. Otherwise, contact the seller immediately via the order tracking section of your customer account to ask for instructions. They may ask you for photos. If your item is defective or malfunctioning , you are covered by a 2-year warranty. Contact the seller directly; they will assist you with the process!
