Useful information regarding returns If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days (14 days for private sale and discounted items) of receipt. Items must be in good condition and have all tags attached. For more information, please see our terms and conditions. Returns of items ordered online cost €2.95. H&M product returns are free in all H&M stores. Third-party brands cannot be returned in stores. For orders shipped by third-party brands, an additional return fee of €2.95 applies. This fee is per brand and is added to the return fee for any H&M product in the same order. Note: For defective items, please use the returns portal and select the appropriate reason for return. You can also return defective items in store. Now that our returns process is fully digital, you will no longer receive a return form or return label in your package. Simply register your return online, follow the instructions, and a barcode will be generated for use at the parcel drop-off point. Useful information regarding refunds We will refund you to the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you send your return parcel via a collection point, please allow 14 days for it to arrive at the warehouse. If more than 14 days have passed and your return is still not registered, please contact customer service . For in-store returns, the refund is processed upon receipt of the return. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. EXTERNAL BRANDS The delivery costs for partial returns will not be refunded. If you return all items from an order, we will refund the delivery charges, with the exception of charges for bulky items. These are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, a fee of €2.95 per brand (e.g., H&M, H&M brands, or third-party companies) will be charged for each return, as returns are processed separately for logistical reasons. This applies even if the items were purchased together in a single order. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
