Returns Return & exchange policy Although we are proud of all of our GUESS?, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS, Marciano GUESS kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise up to 30 days after shipment. Refunds for merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method, except for purchases made with a GUESS gift card. GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with labels attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice. Unfortunately, items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable. Swimwear purchased online and with the liner still attached is acceptable for return. Gift cards are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the original retailer's return policy. Return & exchange instructions Returns are now easier than ever! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange: GUESS Kids products MUST be returned by mail only. Return by mail The above online return and exchange policy applies to all returns made by courier. Please note that this option is only available for items ordered from GUESS Online. If your item is from a retail store, it must be returned to a store. If you are returning a gift or do not have an account, you can locate your order with your order number. Follow the instructions to start your return process. STEP 2: Choose QR Code, Use our UPS Label, or Use your own carrier. QR Code: Find your closest UPS Store and show the QR code at the bottom of your return email to the store associate. The UPS representative will print your return label and provide a polybag (if applicable). Use our UPS label: Attach the return label to the outside of your package and include your Return Authorization Form in the package with the item(s) you are returning to us. Find your closest UPS location to ship your items back. Use your own carrier: Include your Return Authorization Form in the package with the item(s) you are returning to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may receive multiple shipping labels and return authorization forms. We suggest that you consolidate your return using just one of the shipping labels and include any return authorization forms printed in the package. For Puerto Rico residents, this function is currently unavailable. To return your order, please ship your package through the carrier of your choice and include a copy of your invoice in the package. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are unable to accept returns by hand. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days of receipt of the items by us. Refunds are given for the aggregate price of the item shown on the original packing slip/invoice and all applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges and additional discounts. Some exceptions apply. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Return to store STEP 1: Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for an in-store return by reviewing the above Returns and Exchange Policy. STEP 2: Find your nearest store location. Certain restrictions may apply. STEP 3: Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used when you placed your order (if applicable). STEP 4: Bring your eligible merchandise along with the QR code on your Order Shipment Confirmation email for a seamless in-store return. Show the QR code to a store associate for scanning and processing; no original packing slip or invoice required. Exchange We currently have a return and replacement option as an exchange policy. The easiest way to trade is to visit the nearest store. Please note that in-store prices may differ from online prices. If you want to exchange by courier, all you need to do is go to your online account and create a return, print a label and send the item back. Please feel free to replace the order and if a price change has occurred and you are in the price adjustment policy you can call us at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444- 8377) or email us at [email protected] and one of our friendly customer service agents will help you honor the same price for the replacement order. Please note that you will be billed for the replacement merchandise and that you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we cannot waive return shipping costs. Gift returns If you received a gift purchased online, you can return it by mail or to a store nearest to you. To return by mail, visit our Online Returns Center and enter your order number to start your return process. Returns without receipt If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/delivery slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/delivery slip by logging into your account. Click Online History and then click View Invoice to download a printable PDF version of your invoice.
