Returning a product You can return your purchase in the way that is most convenient for you, depending on the type of item and the purchase channel: In store : Go to the relevant department or customer service with your ticket (physical or digital) or the QR code from the APP. From home : If you purchased online with home delivery, you can easily manage the return from My Purchases on the website or app . If you purchased online and requested in-store pickup, the return must be made in-store. Collection points (Correos or Celeritas) : For online orders up to 3 kg , select this option in My Purchases if available. Print the label and drop it off at your preferred collection point. Supercor : If you picked up your online order at a Supercor store ( excluding Repsol-Supercor stations ), you can also return it there. Please note that some products have special return conditions , such as bulky, refurbished , Marketplace or international purchases . For more information, click here. Return shipping costs The direct cost of returning the goods or services will be borne by the customer, as stipulated in the LGDCU (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). Returns are free with the ECI Plus flat rate.* Home collection: If the product weighs 15 kilos or less: €7.90 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. If the product weighs more than 15 kilos or is super bulky: €30 in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Ceuta and Melilla: €40 Celeritas: €2 Post Office, Supercor and Shopping Center: free Marketplace: If the product is returned due to damage during transport or because it is a defective product, the shipping costs will be covered by the seller. Return periods Return periods by category: Fashion, sportswear, accessories and footwear: 60 calendar days. Furniture, household goods, home textiles, car body and childcare products, travel items, Designer fashion: 30 calendar days. Watches and costume jewelry: 15 or 30 calendar days (depending on the brand; check the product details). Perfumery, cosmetics, leisure, culture, sporting goods, toys, lighting, electronics, Christmas and electrical or mechanical products: 15 calendar days. Marketplace: 14 calendar days. Refurbished Products: 15 calendar days. Tip: Before returning, check the product category to make sure you are within the return period. Return conditions Before initiating a return, please review the conditions based on the product type and the purchase channel. Here are some important points: The products must be in perfect condition and unassembled, including accessories, documentation and packaging, otherwise they will suffer a depreciation. Returns are not accepted for products personalized with PIN or other personal data, except in the case of a defect. Returns are subject to verification and may vary depending on the geographical area. Marketplace products have their own conditions and must be returned via home collection, in perfect condition and with all accessories. Please note that some items can only be returned via home collection. Return exceptions Some products and services are non-returnable. These include personalized products, food, unsealed cosmetics, opened software, digital content without physical media, veterinary medicines, and others. Here is a summary of the main exceptions: Customized products (custom-made clothing, furniture, etc.). Unsealed hygiene items (cosmetics, masks, underwear...). Perishable products (food, flowers…) and alcoholic beverages. Digital products and software that are unsealed or without physical media (CDs, video games...). Used electronic products: containing activated personal data (mobile phones, tablets, etc.). Services already started with user consent. Products with prices subject to fluctuations in the financial market. Some products purchased from our online store can only be returned via home collection . These are: Marketplace : products sold by third parties. Bulky products (over 15 kg) Purchases of +€1500 Products purchased in different geographical areas (Peninsula-Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal) can only be returned in the same area where they were purchased. For example, if you receive an item from the Portuguese website, you cannot return it in Peninsular Spain. We recommend that you carefully read the terms and conditions on the product page before requesting a return to avoid any problems. Documentation to return To ensure your return is processed correctly, it's important to provide the correct documentation and return the product in perfect condition. Return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition , without any dents, tears, moisture, scratches, or writing. Protect the product with a box or bag and seal it to guarantee it won't be damaged during shipping. If the product arrives damaged, we won't be able to process your refund. If you are returning to your home : prepare the product according to the recommendations provided when processing the return and hand the package to the courier. If you return an item at a Shopping Centre or Supercor : you must show your personal QR code or the purchase code from your personal area in the app, or present the physical or digital purchase receipt (received by email). If you return the product at a Shopping Centre and the purchase was not made in cash, remember to bring the same payment method used (card, bank account, etc.) so that we can process the refund. If you're returning via Correos or Celeritas : Once you request the return through your account, you'll receive the necessary shipping labels by email. It's essential to print these labels and present them at your chosen collection point. Please note that the label is valid for 14 calendar days. After this period, it will automatically cancel, and you'll need to request a new return. Refund with coupons If your order generated or used a coupon, these are the rules that apply when returning it: If you generated a coupon and haven't used it yet: Full refund : the coupon is cancelled . Partial refund : the original coupon is cancelled and you will receive a new one for the proportional amount. If you generated a coupon and have already used it: Full refund : the value of the coupon is deducted from the refund . Partial refund : the proportional part of the coupon used is deducted from the refund. If you used a coupon on the order you are returning: Full refund : You will receive a new voucher for the same amount, with limited validity. Partial refund : you will receive a new coupon proportional to the value of the returned items. If you return both orders (the one that generated the coupon and the one you used it on): They are managed separately, applying the above conditions. The pro-rata amount is calculated automatically according to the promotion's terms and conditions. Sending the new coupon will depend on the campaign type and the channel through which it was generated.
