All goods and services provided by Coles are subject to Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees. This Returns Policy (Policy) is in addition to your rights under the ACL and nothing under this Policy is intended to exclude any of your statutory rights as a consumer under the ACL, including seeking any remedies to which you are entitled from Coles. We want you to be happy when you purchase from us. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we will provide a refund or replacement. This Returns Policy applies to all customers that purchased products at: Coles Supermarkets Coles Local Online (Coles website or the app) Keep in mind, some exclusions do apply. This Returns Policy doesn't apply to: Coles Plus or Coles Plus Saver subscription services. See terms and conditions for these services Coles Mobile services purchased on colesmobile.com.au. See terms and conditions for these services Coles Brand products Where you see our 'Try It. Love It. Or Your Money Back' satisfaction guarantee on our Coles Brand products, if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return the product, empty packaging or receipt for a refund or replacement. Non-Coles Brand products You can either get a refund or replacement if you have proof of purchase where: The product you purchased was faulty, damaged or didn't meet any other consumer guarantee; or You’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong product. For change of mind returns, items must be unopened, unused and returned within 30 days and some exclusions do apply. If you don't have proof of purchase, we may, at our discretion, issue you with a Coles Returns Card. Proof of purchase We'll ask you to provide proof of purchase for your refund or exchange. Have one of the following, ready to go: Original paper receipt Digital receipt Coles Online tax invoice Coles Online order confirmation or receipt number EFTPOS or credit card statement How to return items For a refund You can return products purchased instore or online to any Coles store.
