What is the online returns policy? If you've changed your mind about an item* you have purchased, you can return it by post or to the store within 35 days. For store returns, please retain your proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns made outside of the 35 day returns period. Please ensure that all items are in original condition, unopened, unused and any seals and cellophane are intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. *Items which have been sent directly from our suppliers should be returned back to the original supplier, not Boots. Please follow the instructions on the supplier return note received within your order. Once the supplier has received your item, they will contact Boots who will issue a refund within 14 days. Returning a direct from supplier item to a Boots store or directly to a Boots warehouse can result in your refund being delayed. By original condition we mean: All original packaging is in a good resalable condition and the product can be resold at full price All accessories and paperwork are included The product is unused, unopened, and seals and cellophane are intact The product has not been registered with the manufacturer to a user and contains no personal information Items sold in a multipack must be returned together If the order contained a free item, this item must also be returned 3 for 2 items can be returned individually but will be refunded based on the promotional price paid Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected for health and safety purposes, or you may be contacted for further information. Any Boots Advantage Card points earned will be deducted against the refunded item in accordance with the Advantage Card terms and conditions. If the item you have received is incorrect, missing, faulty or damaged please follow the instructions for that FAQ. Unless faulty, returns that we do not accept include (product seals and cellophane broken on these products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights): Medicine Perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) Personalised gifts Cosmetic products which have been opened or used
